Texas, which prohibits a divorcing spouse who has physical custody of the children to allow a romantic partner to spend the night, has ruled that a lesbian couple can’t live together because of a morality clause in one of the women’s divorce papers.  The couple filed for divorce in September 2010.

Glenn C. Lewis, once one of the Washington area’s highest-paid and most-respected divorce lawyers and a former president of the Virginia Bar Association, has been disbarred for dishonesty, mismanaging clients’ funds and failing to fulfill his legal obligations, according to a state bar ruling.  He charged $850 per hour.
